We pride ourselves on the personal touches, providing information about the local area and our beautiful island. Our comprehensive welcome folders contain everything your guests need to hit their holiday running, with information and advice on where to shop, eat, drink, where to visit, and the activities on offer. Our team’s local knowledge is second to none and we are proud to be a very active part of the community. As such we can offer an on-hand service, personal recommendations and have negotiated a range of discounts and offers from local businesses and attractions exclusively for our guests’ benefit.
Our owners benefit from a personal, yet very professional property management service from advertising your property, handling enquiries, bookings, and payments through to scheduling housekeeping. Unusually for agents, we operate a flexible calendar for owners so whilst we handle everything on your behalf for your guests, we never forget that it’s your home and you are free to use it as much as you wish. All this for a 16% (plus vat) commission rate.
To date our business has grown purely by word of mouth, giving fantastic value for money whilst not compromising our high standards. Our very first property is still with us today and we think this speaks for itself.

We’ll keep you abreast of marketing insights, trends, and statistics relevant to your property, so you stay on top of the game. -
Dynamic Pricing
We use Dynamic Pricing as a demand-driven tool that is paired with extensive market data.
This allows us to offer competitive, yet high yielding rental prices throughout the year without compromising your occupancy rates.

It includes information about your property, places to eat, what to see and do, things for the kids, adventurers and more! -
Property Management Software (PMS)
Access to our PMS SuperControl will give you:

Key Holding and Call out Agreement
This is an optional additional service that we can provide which includes property maintenance, so if a bulb needs replacing, toilet seat tightening, drains unblocking we can sort it all out for you.

We took comfort that we do not have a fixed contract with them, and if we want to leave, it's no problem. On the occasions that I contact AHL there's always someone friendly with a 'can do' attitude on the end of the phone.
