Easter is a perfect time for families to come together and enjoy the beauty of Spring. With plenty of outdoor activities in North Wales, there’s something for everyone to delight in.  

Here are some family-friendly Easter activities to explore during your stay: 

 –Trail at Plas Newydd House and Gardens, Anglesey: From March 23rd to April 1st, enjoy the Easter Trail and Spring Show. £3 per trail includes Easter treats. 

Animal Families Quiz Trail at RSPB Conwy: From March 9th to April 14th, celebrate new life by following trails and matching animal babies to their families. No booking required, just £1 per quiz sheet. 

Activities Trail at Penrhyn Castle and Garden, Bangor: From March 23rd to April 1st, enjoy a nature trail with carved woodland creatures, Easter tea parties, and so much more. 

Trail at Bodnant Gardens, Conwy: Explore beautiful gardens and nature-inspired activities from March 23rd to April 1st. £3 per trail includes Easter goodies. 

Zoo Club at Welsh Mountain Zoo, Colwyn Bay: Action-packed sessions for children aged 8-12, available on select dates in March and April. 

Jester School at Beaumaris Castle: From March 29th to 30th, try your hand at mediaeval jesting skills. 

Llanberis Lake Railway Easter Egg Hunt: From March 30th to April 1st, join the annual egg hunt. 

Egg Hunt & Crafts at RSPB Conwy: On March 31st, help Tegi the dragon find his lost eggs and enjoy Easter crafts. 

Treasure Trail at Caernarfon Castle: On March 31st, join the Red Dragon Garrison for a treasure hunt. 

Beaumaris Castle Eggstravaganza: On March 31st and April 1st, enjoy circus workshops, a jester show, and an Easter egg hunt. 

Green Wood Forest Park: From April 1st, embark on an adventurous egg hunt across the park. 
 

There’s also plenty of fun, free activities to enjoy with the family: 

– Coastal Path Dog Walks: Take a leisurely stroll with the family and furry friends along the scenic coastal paths. 

– Easter Egg Hunt in Newborough Forest: Explore the enchanting Newborough Forest and discover hidden Easter eggs amidst the trees. 

– Rockpool Egg hunting on the Beach: Spend a day at the beach searching for Easter surprises in the fascinating rockpools.
